At Builtech, we develop, promote, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for our colleagues, contractors, clients, and the community. Builtech emphasizes extensive training and robust reporting systems. These measures work in tandem to create an environment where safety is ingrained in every aspect of our operations.
Builtech prioritizes safety by providing comprehensive training through monthly workshops, OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certifications, conferences, quarterly onsite training events, monthly online webinars, and lunch-n-learns to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills to maintain a safe work environment.
Safety reporting at Builtech is thorough and efficient. Our teams are held to the highest standard utilizing Procore to record daily reports and self-safety audits conducted by supervisors and project managers. We also require subcontractor sign-in sheets, accident/incident reporting, and regular jobsite safety audits to ensure comprehensive monitoring and accountability for safety measures.
Awareness & Adherence
Safety awareness and adherence on and off the jobsite is a top priority at Builtech. Through ongoing training, regular safety reporting, and strict adherence to protocols, in addition to constant communication and vigilance, Builtech employees cultivate a heightened sense of safety awareness. We ensure that safety measures are consistently upheld and promptly identified to mitigate potential risks.
